There was a good street market when we arrived around...
There was a good street market when we arrived around lunchtime. It was really difficult to find a place that would serve a meal in the early evening. Finally, we found Bar La Catedral Del Sabor, very near our hotel. The owners are lovely and we had a good meal there. They have a stamp for the Camino passport also. Caldas de Reis is a beautiful, walkable village. There is a 30-minute walk to a waterfall that I wanted to take but it was too hot that afternoon. It was too hot to take advantage of the hot pools as well. It would have been nice to stay another day here, take a rest day.
