Loved the town which had a good vibe.

Cangas de Onis, is an interesting town.
Cangas de Onis, is an interesting town. We spent some time people watching at the Roman Bridge, strolling along the river bank and enjoying coffee and beer at some of the cafes and bars. My review of Cangas de Onis might be slightly based on my endless love for Asturias but apart from that, it's a lovely town to visit, get to know local food, craft beers, cider, treats and see surrounding mountain landscapes. There are several shops to get local products, typical for the region. There are even places with vegetarian food options that are usually difficult to find in rural Spain. For me Cangas de Onis was an intermediate stop on the way to Poncebos to do the Cares Gorge trail. The views are wonderful from every room. The apartment was very clean, very modern, light and airy with plenty of storage space and very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Good kitchen equipment.
