Colmenar de Oreja is very similar to Chinchón, without the touristy feel to it. Amazing main square, with an ancient underground passageway below it, cobbled streets, a ravine with panoramic views, and local white stone buildings - and even a stone museum (open at weekends). If you come by car, don't try to navigate the one-way streets in the old quarters - Google Maps goes crazy and won't take you from A to B.
