The hotel was exceptional as we cant wait to go back… Reception staff where all amazing especially Alvaro at reception who made sure that are needs were meet he was awesome!!! from the lifeguards who were all very attentive, to the restaurant staff also at the pool bar you guys are all incredible and thanks for an amazing holiday

    The hotel needs to invest on aways to make the meal time less stressful, for our group it felt as race , if we wanted to have a peaceful breakfast we would have to wake up early, after 9 am , it is a mad house, same thing at lunch and dinner time,the hugest line of people waiting for one chef to cook, it gives a bad impression.

    It was mainly visited by Spaniards, which I liked, that´s why the food was that way, too. The rooms were good, so was the pool and the entertainment for those who took part in it. There is barely anything around the hotel. The village is kind of "artificial". That makes it quiet and interesting for golfers, because they have quiet some choices there.

    The main plus point is that the hotel is next to a beautiful beach. The hotel itself is nice, tidy and the restaurant has a wide variety of food. The pools are clean and there are lots of activities organised. The room is good, they changed the beds for the children on request, which they found very comfortable.

    the location is very nice, close to wonderful and large sandy beach, the hotel is big complex with many pools, in main season could be crowded but at the end of October was very comfortable and everywhere was enough space, SPA area is highly reccommended

    We went to celebrate my partner's birthday and we had a great time in the hotel. The hotel staff made an extra effort and a piece of cake, a bottle of cava and a birthday message waited us in the room on arrival. This made our day special.

    The hotel has great potential. The pools are amazing with slides and aqua parks for the children. A lovely Michelin star restaurant on site and easy access to the beach. Room was dated but beds very comfortable.
