Everything was perfect. I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I told the team, that made our stay unforgettable. They upgraded our room for our celebration, the breakfast was unreal, the attention absolutely amazing. The restaurant is a MUST go! And if you have time, do the wine experience, you won’t regret. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed, super romantic and full of history. Enrique, Angel, Lorea and everyone at Concejo, thank you very much! We can’t wait to return!

We had a delay at the last moment. We managed to change the date to the following day without cost. Then, when we turned up 5 hours before check-in the hotel was completely sympathetic that things CAN happen on long journeys, and let us check there and then. We are very very grateful for the excellent service.

This is a beautifully renovated property that retained some of its old charm but received a truly remarkable makeover. The interior is outstanding and innovative, there is a lovely outside courtyard and an excellent breakfast cafeteria. Staff is very helpful. Parking on site.

Did not expect too much but was really surprised by both the hotel and staff. Checking was friendly and efficient, all the ppl we met were just great with smile on their face. We had a junior suite which was amazing both in size, comfort and amenities. Food was great for breakfast.

Loved my room, and bathroom, big and kept clean every day. The staff at the reception were all really kind and welcoming every time you come in or leave, and helpful too when I needed to print my train ticket and book a taxi. The breakfast is also really good, great selection, all very tasty, and the chef/ waiter is very kind and welcoming to all guests. And the location is perfect! Really central and walking distance to everything. Will stay again next time. Oh and I was given a gift of a box of chocolates when I checked out! So kind. Completely recommend:)
