The property is exceptionally well kept externally, and internally. The gentleman who met us was very friendly, though he spoke no English, but our Spanish is adequate to cope with that. Admittance to the estate is by phoning a given number when you arrive at the closed gate. This triggers the opening of the gate. You then have a drive of 2km to reach the accommodation. We enjoyed a decent walk after settling in to our apartment. It was so peaceful. There is no dining options on site, but there is a communal kitchen area. We went prepared and had a 'picnic dinner' sitting at a table outside, enjoying the rural scenery. Breakfast was fine, with eggs cooked to order, and bacon too!

Staff were excellent, the hotel decoration and atmosphere were great, the rooms were very comfortable, the beds were fantastic. The restaurant offers best quality cuisine (really!) for a fair price. We loved the place. Will come back.
