Very cozy apartment right next to the beach, with a large terrace, first floor. Very clean, cozy. The hosts are wonderful, helpful, quick to communicate. I will definitely be back for a longer stay. I recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time in Valencia! Christina’s apartment has a lot of potential and is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of a big city and enjoy the proximity to the ocean (250m) and nature! The room’s facilities are ideal, but the bed is too small for two average-sized people who move around normally while sleeping. The fridge is only suitable for cooling drinks and would not suffice for stays longer than 5 days. For those wanting to visit Valencia regularly, there is a bus that runs every 20-30 minutes, and you can reach the city center in 45-60 minutes. However, the location is not ideal for people relying on buses or other public transport and who do not have their own car, as Uber, Cabify, and local taxi companies are unreliable or hard to reach. As a result, we had to shorten our stay by one day and book a room closer to the airport, as there was no guaranteed transport to the airport in the morning!

The place is exceptional...!!!. Since the check-in (very easy to make) over the last day, everything was fine. An excellent place to rest near to Valencia (Half an hour in trainline), and if you take the right ticket, the tickets will be free...!!! Javi is an excellent host...!!! He was all the time online, whenever I need, very receptive, and teach me some tricks to make my trip unforgettable (Including the trainline tickets). The apartment is modern stylin', comfortable, and always clean. Near to train station, grocery stores and good restaurants. 7 minutes in train to Cullera, a beauty lighthouse and Mediterránean nice beaches.... It's a 10/10...!!!

You have excellent desk clerks. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They all spoke excellent English and understood our Ecuadorian Spanish. The location can't be beat--across from a National Park, ten minutes from the beach, a bus stop in front and restaurants and a market next to it.

    Great sandy beach, with a promenade several km long for walks. Special accessible facilities on the beach in summer. Watersports lessons and hire from Mar de Bien. Easy access by frequent buses to Valencia and El Palmar (for Albufera boat trips). Everything in the town itself is walkable. Many bars and restaurants for most tastes and budgets in town: note that most close out of season on specific days or may even open only at weekends. Breakfast or tapas on beachfront: Llobarro, Tapas King, Bon Profit. Best Almuerzo or Menu del Dia: Nautico Traditional restaurants: Nas de Suro, Jeronimo "Bistro style": La Socia, Tio Pepe, El Puntito, Ca Nuri Place to be seen: Ochopatas!

    A small town which caters well for visitors, but is a year-round residential community in its own right. A wide range of bars and restaurants, including some directly on the beach. Sandy beach well maintained with all the expected amenities. Valencia is easily reached by car or frequent bus service 25, for a day visit.

    The apartment is really spacious, it has three bedrooms and everything that an apartment by the beach should have. It is located right on the first line, so you can't get a better location. The restaurant is right next door. Parking in the garage and communication with the staff was great. So the stay was really perfect and there is nothing that can be faulted. Simply great!

    It is a small seaside town, with almost no non-Spanish visitors. There is a long sandy beach which is never really crowded, even in high season. The promenade has a number of bars and restaurants. Most visitors stay in apartments and a few in a campsite. Away from the beach (but within 5 mins walk) are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Prices are low by Spanish seaside standards. A stay in El Perello can easily include visits to the city of Valencia and the Albufera, easily accessible by frequent local buses.
