incredibly friendly and caring staff. great location and a great view from the roof. also on the roof is a small, but therefore cozy pool. for the beach they give umbrellas and towels with a beach bag. cafeteria is open 24 hours (where you can make tea and coffee). between the beach and the hotel there is a small street, on which after 14:30 traffic is closed and then it is only for pedestrians, for walking. breakfasts are quite good

I loved the location, the beautiful terrace to eat out and the lovely Pine Walk along the front. The room had a fabulous view and the breakfasts were amazing. We have stayed before and also just stayed for a meal if we were on another part of the island.

super cozy hotel atmosphere during the whole day, everything clean and I really liked the design, also very cool terrace on the top. Great variety for breakfast, they we making sure all the time that nothing was missing, still bringing new items even before closing time. You can enjoy breakfast inside or outside on terrace with the views to the port. The hotel has also italian restaurant with good prices and offer. Hotel is in the center, has perfect location, close to bus stop and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops. Room has AC, kettle, and all you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. Hotel is also bike friendly :)

What is not to like about the property! It’s excellent! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, genuinely everyone we met over our 10 days were amazing! The food is so delicious (the seafood pasta is incredible!!) the cocktails are top notch and our room was swiftly and thoroughly cleaned everyday. Oh also! The live music was an awesome start to our evenings.

    The beach very clean and the sea crystal clear. The town has a vast choice of bars and restaurants and plenty of shops. A busy resort but without the feeling of being over crowded. Will look to go again.

    Been visiting Port de Pollensa twice a year for the last ten...

    Been visiting Port de Pollensa twice a year for the last ten years. We love the area as there is quite a lot to see & do. Pollensa town, Alcudia old town, Cap de Formentar, Formentar beach by ferry are all essential visits also if you get time to visit Menorca on the guided tour through 'No Frills' on a Wednesday using the ferry from Alcudia Port do it! Very easy to travel around on the modern air conditioned very regular public bus service from the station. A very relaxing day would be a stroll along the beautiful Pine walk to Illa D'Or Hotel for lunch or coffee & back again.

    Port de pollenca is the perfect place for a holiday with lots of bars restaurants and shops the beach is close with plenty of sunbeds at € 21 a set each day it’s a short bus ride or taxi to old town well worth a visit and old Alcúdia town is a walled town well worth a visit

    We first visited Puerto Pollensa as a family of 5 in 1988...

    We first visited Puerto Pollensa as a family of 5 in 1988 and fell in love with the town, the beach and the people. We subsequently holidayed on a number of occasions but we have not been for about 10 years. We visited again this year as a family of 8 and we all loved the place. The town has grown but has retained all its charm. If anything we found it smarter than before - with many more restaurants, bars and shops, while still keeping old traditional things we remember such as the excellent market and the Pine Walk. The hotels have also stepped up to the mark, with the ones along the front and the Pine Walk taking advantage of their location by using the jetties and other areas for dining. We look forward to returning.

    perfect beach, small but not over busy.

    perfect beach, small but not over busy. Warm water, clear and shallow, perfect for families. Great selection of restaurants and bars with laid back vibe. Only an hour from Palma by car. Second visit to Port de Pollensa, hope to return again .

    Plenty of restaurants to chose from.

    Plenty of restaurants to chose from. Lovely restaurants in the back streets so do explore. Plenty of shops from souvenir to boutique shops. Quiet spot, plenty of families, young children, couples etc. Not a party resort. Lovely beaches to choose from. Ideal for relaxing holiday. Plenty of day trips like Palma, old town Pollensa, old and new Alcudia, Soller etc. Highly recommended!
