The town has some lovely parks and tree lined avenues. Central Elche was easy to get into, the town is built on a grid system. We stayed near Placa Glorieta, a very interesting area with plenty of shops and a variety of good restaurants. Well worth a visit. A huge bath, the gardens and pool were beautiful. Yoga was available too. Comfortable bed and beautiful cotton bedding. Facilities were great and a mini bar with fair prices and a Mercadona 5 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were accommodated in a large spacious top floor room overlooking the rooftops of Elche, complete with full length balcony. The city of Elche is also a great place to visit, as the city centre is at 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and it's full of nice restaurants, bars, and shops.
