location is great, can get to bars, shops, bus stop and beach in minutes. The food choices are good too, I think there was only one day I didn't rate the food but just as I didn't have as many choices for my taste that day, other than that food was great.

I loved everything about my stay. I did t want to leave😅. It was our first time in Ibiza and we were hoping to get a good place to stay and experience Ibiza. We chose AluaSoul after looking through other hotels and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel met all our expectations. We arrived late at 9pm. We met a lovely lady at the reception who told us to leave our bags securely in the store by the reception and go have dinner. We were hungry and tired so that meal was really helpful. We got our keys and went in our room and it was the most gorgeous view ever. We choose the frontal sea view room (I recommend this for a breathtaking view of the sea and watching the sunset). The room was spacious and clean. We found the style of the bathroom, toilet and handwashing basin placement odd but it was their style and we actually liked it. FOOD The food was amazing. The kitchen staff deserve bonuses for working so extremely hard every single time we went in the restaurant. We loved every meal and there was just so much to eat. We were all inclusive so we weee never hungry. The food selections were excellent as well. STAFF All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jasmine who was so exceptional and efficient at her job and always helping out with a smile on her face. They all deserve a raise. I am grateful to this hotel for being so considerate and letting us stay around and have lunch after checkout as our flight was in the evening. We weee allowed to use the pool as well until we were ready to leave. That was such a thoughtful thing they did. The facilities were brilliant. I didnt use the Sauna as I couldn’t get any chance to go there. However I was by the pool mostly and it was very clean and you can always find a bed to lay down. We paid 20euros deposit to use the pool towels which we collected back during check out. Not sure what I am leaving out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and we will be staying at AluaSoul when next we visit...

The hotel was conveniently located, the Ferry was across from the hotel, grocery stores at walking distance, variety of restaurants around, live music near by. Regardless, that it didn’t have a pool on site, there is a public one just across the street on the side from the hotel, nice and clean. The best of all, a safe place!!

The rooms were very clean, very modern and the hotel was beautiful. Loved the location a short walk to the beach. The food there is phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Best hotel we stayed in. The views were superb.

Lovely hotel. We travelled with a large family group- including 5 children aged between 3 months and 11 years. The hotel amenities were perfect for everyone. The 3 year old has a dairy allergy and the chef prepared options for him everyday. No fuss , no drama- just done with kindness and thought.

    Es Cana is an amazingn little town. Really friendly and our second trip here. First time with just adults but this time with our child who loved the beach, local activities, entertainment at Charlie's, amusements, Jacaranda Lounge. Just amazing. We'll be back again and again.

    Lovely resort!

    Lovely resort! Small and walkable, with plenty of choice in terms of hotels and restaurants. This is a quieter resort than other areas of Ibiza and therefore geared towards families and older people, or those just looking for a quiet escape away from the big clubs. The beach is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds, and a few nice beach bars lining the bay. Solimar restaurant is a nice place to eat, and Charlie's bar has a great vibe in the evening. The ferry is a good option to take you places like Formentera, Santa Eulalia, or Ibiza Town - but there are also bus connections.

    It is a small. compact resort that provides for all ages from very young, to old (like us :)). We wanted and were able to get a peaceful break yet there were sports bars providing access to lots of sports, small fun fair for the children and a few decent restaurants. We never did this but the next resort in very close and larger if you are looking for more entertainment

    Family friendly with easy access to other parts of the island via bus, ferry or car. Great restaurants! Nice beach. It’s a tourist spot so not for you if you want to be off the beaten track. Great little base.

    Good selection of usual touristy and craft shops. Great Hippy Market on a Wednesday which really could take up the whole day. The town felt safe to walk around at night. There were no pushy restaurant people.

    Lovely relaxing spot, nice beach and some tasty places to eat. A small town so expect mostly beach and food! Had breakfast and pastries at Restaurante Las Arenas / at their coffee shop and had wonderful service. Easy walk to hippie market for souvenirs. Bus terminal takes you to Ibiza town (and other towns en route) in about 40 mins *no need to change bus part way*. Some lively bars with karaoke and sports, etc (if that's your thing).

We enjoyed the lovely decor and overall the room was beautiful! the staff were very accommodating and helpful with advice on where to go and what to do whilst in Ibiza The facilities are fantastic and there is a lovely dining and lounge area Super quick walk to the original hippy market along the road! Worth a visit!! There is a pool opposite at a place called jacaranda, not within the hotel but a stone throw away Overall fantastic stay and highly recommend

    Amazing location - just a minute’s walk down to Es Cana for all the resort has to offer, whilst Aldi bring very close (20 minute walk, 5 minute car or taxi ride) to Santa Eularia main town, beach snd harbour. Fabulous apartment - compact yet everything you need for a self catering kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, with rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Friendly staff - the receptionist gave us a beach brolley and was very helpful. Great value for money.
