We have been here many times and enjoy the size and the people of Estella. There are many small restaurants and places to eat. The town is walkable and the Plazas always seem to have lots of activity. The people are very nice. Spanish also Basque are the primary languages. Not everyone speaks English so brush up your skills and pull out Google translate if you need to. From about March through October/November you will find many pilgrims walking the Camino Francés with backpacks. This is a very old town with many beautiful churches and a beautiful park along the river. Bus service to Pamplona and Logroño are easy to access.
