There’s plenty of free parking behind the hotel and the neighborhood is safe. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet has some ham, cheese, yogurts, croissants, two juice machines (made from concentrate), and two coffee machines. Otherwise rather standard cheap hotel stay. The only hotel where we stayed that had some of the standard tv-channels instead of some weird cable package.
