The apartment is located slightly higher up on the mountain, so it offers amazing views on the city and ocean below - basically from every window in the apartment. I have never showered with a more beautiful view. Also, the place was quite spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The surrounding area is quiet, so it allowed us to sleep well, but wasn't too isolated - just a 10 - 15 min walk to the city center with many options to dine out or get groceries.

This is a newly renovated property with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is located about a five minute walk above Garachico. This means it is quiet and peaceful, the views from the two terraces are great, but it is also easy to enjoy the bars and restaurants in the town. The hosts were helpful and friendly, and allowed us to drop off some baggage ahead of time before check-in. There is off-street parking available. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We had a great stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. Although it was a bit difficult to find at first, after contacting the host we had no problem reaching the place. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos – spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a window in one of the bedrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare meals. In the bathroom, there was a bathtub and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A washing machine was available, along with laundry capsules, which was a nice touch. It would have been great to have a few more towels. The beach was just a 2-minute walk away – rocky but peaceful. A large supermarket was nearby, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and calm, with no major attractions, but the town of Garachico was just a 6-minute drive away. Overall, we had a great time and would genuinely recommend this apartment.

The host waited for us upon arrival and helped us with the parking. It was a nice welcome. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. We had a balcony and a terrace and also some sundbeds. We liked the modern interior and thoughtful welcome goodies. The hosts were very helpful and at our disposal. The apartment is located 5 min from everything in town and has a wonderful view with the ocean in sight. We'd definitely recommend staying.

The apartment is very beautiful, well equipped, has a big terrace and an amazing view, you can see the ocean and the church. It is a quiet place, near the bus station and the supermarket, it is in the heart of Garachico. Clean and has all you can need. The host was very helpful and nice, she gave us all the useful information and left us a bottle of wine and water. Thank you and I hope to return here.

    Garachico is an unspoilt gem!

    Garachico is an unspoilt gem! Typically Spanish and traditional with beautiful buildings and a gorgeous central square. The beach is a rocky volcanic one but there is a lovely small cove where you can sit on the black sand or even swim! There is also a lovely small marina just at the edge of town to stroll to. The town has several lovely restaurants and gift shops but isn't overcrowded with touristy tat! I would throughly recommend.

    We enjoyed Garachico for its size, once the day visitors...

    We enjoyed Garachico for its size, once the day visitors have gone home there are plenty of lovely restaurants and caffès to choose from. For those who want a challenge there is a path up the peak behind Garachico. The views are spectacular, looking over the town and the lovely coastline. We would recommend using the public transport to get to other resorts, the buses are very clean and frequent. We ate at various places in Garachico ( booking is advisable at some). We particularly liked the Pizzeria Rugantino for the best hand made pizzas I’ve ever tasted ( and you can watch the chef making them) quite a skill ! You won’t find much on street parking in Garachico but the excellent Municipal car park was adequate and free.

    Garachico is perhaps the best choice for the island.

    Garachico is perhaps the best choice for the island. The southern and western sides are far too touristic and crowded. Garachico maintained its unique charm. In December, that means giving up on the sunsets, but I would not want to be on the other sides, fighting with the crowds.

    The positives is it was a small local town and it was...

    The positives is it was a small local town and it was attractive. It had plenty of restaurants and ice cream bars for a different place each night. Food was reasonably priced although quality was variable. The downside was you had to drive from there to most places and some of the roads were very bendy so often meant we were driving for long periods of time. Tip - I wouldn't recommend the step windy road to get into the town but drive the 1.5 km further to use a better road.

    The apartment is in the centre of town just a short walk...

    The apartment is in the centre of town just a short walk from the village square, there are many good restaurants and cafes. Garachico is a small village on the coast with wonderful views and once the tourist have gone home at night you are left with a very authentic experience sharing the village with locals.

    A beautiful, historic town with lots to see.

    A beautiful, historic town with lots to see. The restaurants and cafes offer a vast array of delicious food and excellent affordable local wine. The sea pools weren’t open as we were there early in the season. The local shops have an interesting array of local and artisan products. Well worth a visit, just takes a little time to get there.

    We had a wonderful time in Garachico. Gaspar is an exceptionally kind host. He greeted us with a huge smile. During our stay he gave us multiple recommendations and insider tips all of which we followed and appreciated a lot. After leaving Garachico, Gaspar wrote to me to say that we had left a phone charger and a skirt at the apartment. He came especially to our next location to bring our belongings. What a service!!!

    Ideal for a solo traveller , local bars and restaurants were right at hand ,swimming , walking and bus stop very close in this bueatifull area , locals were very friendly and made me feel welcome to their village as a solo traveller, I hadn't Spanish but still got talking with some great locals and fellow travellers , thank you Garachico
