The apartment was clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept. There was a jacuzzi and sauna underground that we used as well as the outdoor pool. Bedrooms were big enough. It was like a home from home, had everything you needed! Around 10 mins walk to a couple of bars and a supermarket! Will be booking again when we come back in July/Aug or September!

The complex facility is very organized and clean, as is the swimming pool. The complex schedule is very well respected(there was a party in the complex one night and looked like things were going to last but at 23h it got really quiet). The apartment is very well designed, two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, maiking it very easy for a family or a small group. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we could not find anything that we needed and was not there. Unlike most accomodations, the things people leave sometimes behind here are still there(detergent, etc). The apartment is at the ground floor facing the pool which is perfect, and some swimming toys and few outdoor games can be found in the cabinet on the terrace. The location is very nice. 7 min drive from the Plaja del Campo, a very pretty beach that is not a main attraction. Also a fee minutes drive from the Consum supermarket, where everything is found. Beds are quite comfortable, there is AC in the living room and one bedroom. In short, best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in.

The apartment on the first floor of this building was ideal in most ways. It is spacious and comfortable, it is very near the beach and there are many restaurants within a short walking distance. The kitchen is practical and very well equipped. We found the double bed comfortable and there are plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Almost everything you need is provided, including beach chairs and a sun umbrella. The balcony is good for eating on or relaxing with a drink. The only downside is that it faces another block of flats directly across the road. However, the road is usually quiet. We spent a very pleasant week in Cristina 8, walking in the parks and enjoying the beach as well as eating out.

The flat was very beautiful, you could see and enjoy the sea from the balcony. It was very well equipped (kitchen, beach umbrella, ironing machine) and the Lena from the accomodation was very nice and helpful, she did her best to support us during our stay!

Location 10/10 Lovely modern apartment Although next to the elevator, you didn’t hear it at all. Near small supermarket and Fruit and Vegetable shop across the street, easier to carry water and fresh food, also fabulous prices and local. Lovely local bars, Platform One nearby for a nice drink and snack. Sophia park a 5 minute walk away.

    We went to Guardamar knowing what to expect, from many visits in past years when we owned a property in a nearby area, It has a very Spanish feel about it and would not suit many people who would want a more popular and built up area (like nearby Torrevieja). We went for a week in the sun on a lovely beach and this is what we had.

    Guardamar is a lovely area of Costa blanca 1/2 from airport, it is quiet with very few hotels. Popular with the Spanish . It has beautiful long sandy beaches with some Chiringuitos . Lots of lovely restaurants with great food , prices are really good for food and drinks . It is very clean . Dosent have a lot of shops but just enough , people are friendly, if you want lots of nightlife sports bars and karaoke bars guardamar is not the place for you

    While it may not be a typical sight-seeing destination, this medium size town is a nice place to have a lovely break. You can stroll along its sandy, long beaches, explore the surrounding natural areas or enjoy the sea waves. With a strong core of year-round residents, the town offers all the amenities you need, including a range of shops, restaurants, and services. Families will also appreciate the town's lovely parks, perfect for kids to play and have fun.

    Very clean place and beach so close to walk to approx 3 mins from Hotel.I Highly recommend visiting for a Holiday nice Restaurants just not alot of them Serve Fish .Relaxing place .Not a place for lively Nightlife but suited me.Huge Supermarket in Centre and Very clean .

    In winter, Guardamar is a rather quiete place to stay in.

    In winter, Guardamar is a rather quiete place to stay in. There are still enough facilities and restaurants open, but you easily feel this is a place that thrives in summertime. Weekends were rather busy, though. Guardamar is a nice place for strolls on the boulevard or palmtree avenida. Santa Pola and Torrevieja are closeby and Alicante is just 40km-ish away. The sun and warmth are always free!

    The hotel was in a perfect location. Right next to the beach .shops restaurants etc ..was spotlessly clean .the staff were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble..the rooms were big and beds really comfy...how this is only as a 2 star beggars belief it should definitely be more .also the price was amazing. Cheap but definitely worth more x

    Used this hotel many times over the last 10 years and it never disappoints. Carlos is the best host…. hotel is warm and comfortable. Food available throughout the day. Comfy rooms and great atmosphere. Super location for shopping, restaurants and the beach.
