    Hervás is a lively and charming little historic town,...

    Hervás is a lively and charming little historic town, located in an area of stunning natural beauty, and conveniently located for travellers who are heading along, or across, the Ruta de la Plata highway in western Spain, not too far from the border with Portugal, at any time of the year. The town itself is very pedestrian friendly, full of culture with great restaurants, bars, shops and a great collection of sculpture and paintings in the Museo Perez Comendador-Leroux. The locals are really welcoming, the food and wine are fantastic, and it's the kind of place that gets under your skin and keeps you coming back again!

    An interesting historic town, probably used in winter as a snow sports venue. There are however plenty of local walks and the local bars are really good (Pickaporte especially) Ideal location midway across Spain if you are travelling right across or indeed heading to /from Portugal

    Convenient location at the edge of the old city. Room was clean and ok, machine coffee in the room was actually rather good. Spa was 14 Euros extra (you can order with the room but it costs the same), some of it was ok. Lady at fromt desk spoke zero english and I have only basic spanish but she did make the effort and we could mostly communicate. But Hervas is so great that all of that doesn't really matter, had a lovely timr and for the price would have stayed for another couple of days if I had the time.

    A really lovely hotel, with lots of very thoughtful touches such as an abundance of fresh flowers everywhere and lovely leaf teas. The garden is a delight and the sitting room just lovely with soft music and lots to read. A great deal of love and attention has gone into the hotel. It pays off and makes the stay special. I don't want to leave. Thank you all so much.

    An excellent location for exploring the small but very interesting town of Hervás. Jorge was an excellent host, sending us lots of interesting information via WhatsApp. Very well equipped studio apartment in a very old, well renovated building.

    The view from the apartment and its excellent location. Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. All in all one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Extremadura. Highly recommend. .
