I liked how clean and tidy the rooms were. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great for me as it was just off the motorway so all major cities were accessible with ease from its location

Flawless from start to finish. The suite was a wonderful mix of old with modern facilities. The staff were all fantastic, especially the welcoming and professional restaurant team. Good value for money, highly recommended stop/detour!

This marked my inaugural trip to Spain, prompting me to seek advice from my friend residing in Jaén city for a suitable hotel in proximity to his address. Following his recommendation, I chose this hotel. Upon entering the reception at around 8 PM, I immediately felt positive vibes. The location was superb, eliminating the need for a car, and the cleanliness standards were commendable. After a swift check-in, I proceeded to my room, pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, featuring two beds, and a pristine bathroom with a large tub. The only drawback was the internet, which proved rather slow, sufficient only for texting and making voice calls. While the staff had limited English proficiency, I managed to communicate effectively with them, appreciating their amiability, respectfulness, and hospitality. My experience in Jaén city was delightful, and if I decide to visit Spain again next year, I will undoubtedly reserve a room at the Condestable Iranzo Hotel again. The laundry service is not complimentary, and the reception staff provided me with a list of prices. While not overly expensive, the service's quality exceeded expectations, being both fast and neatly executed.

What a beautiful entrance! The room was spacious but without tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has a cafe so that wasn’t too much of a problem.

i was apprehensive about staying in this hotel because it had some bad reviews. Most of the reviews were either very bad or great which was puzzling. I booked it because it was the only hotel available in the center of town. I was delighted to find that this hotel is great. All my fears were allayed when I entered my warm, comfortable, light-filled room. The sun was pouring in and I had a view of the nice little plaza at the front of the hotel. There was a large, tiled bathroom with a bathtub, The hotel decor is pleasant with a lot of lovely pantings and bits of antique furniture. The roof area is amazing. Part of it has a roof with tables, chairs, a bar, and a bathroom. The other part is open decking. The view of the Cathedral and mountains is fabulous. The hotel is in a great location - in the center of the old town - close to all the important sights. It is a tall thin hotel with about 3 rooms on every floor. There are 8 floors (inluding the roof) Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked coffee in the room, as is usually the case in the UK and US, but there is a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby. The coffee cost 1 euro and was free in the morning. I don't know if that is always the case. This hotel is great and I feel lucky that I got to stay there. I particulary appreciated that it was so warm because my rental house in Granada is very cold. This is February so heat is important. The Xauen hotel deserves a much better score on Booking.com.

I did not stay at Hotel Juleca or visit the town of Las Infantas for the reasons set out below. Because of my wife's illness I had to cancel at short notice. I requested that in those circumstances no charge should be made, but I received no response to that request, either from booking.com or the hotel, and the full charge was applied to my credit card. I appreciate that the hotel was fully entitled to do that under booking.com's Ts & Cs, but I regard it as very poor form and a complete lack of good customer service that no acknowledgement of my request was sent to me. You may wish to notify the hotel that I will not be staying there again and that I will be informing others who might be wanting accommodation in that area of the foregoing facts. I do, however, confirm that on previous visits to Hotel Juleca I have found all the staff I encountered to be friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and clean room with double bed and good size shower room with basin and toilet. Plenty of fresh towels, clean bedding but a little noisy from road and railway line next to the hotel. Good for our requirements on a stop over south from santander . The restaurant attached was characterless but the steak was delicious. Plenty of free parking which was well lit at night.

on a road now bypassed by the A45 motorway this roadhouse hotel offers superb value half way between Madrid and Malaga. The rooms are better than many UK value chains and the local friendly restaurant and bar is superb value. staff very friendly and helpful but please remember it is central Spain do everything in Spanish. use your translation app on the menu but food is good and local.

It's a great roadside hotel for an overnight stopover when travelling north/south. Rooms are spacious with a comfy bed and a nice shower. Check out the affiliated restaurant next door for dinner - highly recommend!
