The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.

Well connected to Bilbao by train (only 0,55€ trip buying the 3€ card to use several people at the same time). Hotel Value for money. Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Area quite with total relax at 20 minutes from the old city centre of Bilbao. Confortable bed, spacious bathroom.

I upgraded to a riverfront room, for the small extra cost I had a beautiful river view down to the Guggenheim. Very comfortable and lovely bathroom. The staff are just fantastic - special mention to housekeeper Betty for all her extra help and Manuel on reception for recommendations on best places for Pintxos!
