Such a lovely owner of the property who was happy to tell us about all the artwork in the villa and assist us in any way. Very specious, can easily fit two families. Air conditioning was welcome during the heatwave we had.

We really enjoyed the house, the setting, the surrounding grounds. Even though it was too cold to take a swim, the pool was inviting, clean and quite big. The house is excellently equipped; you have everything you would imagine to need.

We liked the size of the room, the design, the modern feel, the lift, the fridge in the room, walk in shower, light setup, sound proof windows, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed linnen, cleanliness, hairdryer, desk & chair, charging ports next to the bed, super kind and helpful staff The rooftop is really nice as well to have a moment to yourself Quiet hotel with respectful guests *We loved the pizza from “URBAN Pizza”, one of the best pizzas we’ve had!! *We loved the automated 24 hour shops “Pica & Pica 24H”, super handy in the evening (safe area in the evening to walk * Another automated shop is “Stop 24 Horas”, (feels less safe to walk in evening) *Try ensaimada with cream or traditional ensaimada in “Panord” or “Forn Sant Fransesc” *Parking; “Parking Plaza Mallorca” is a bit small when you’re traveling with a big car, best to leave your car in the area of this underground parking (where there are no blue parking lines) Super friendly Miguel and Niko and the young man that cleans the bedrooms ? What could be better? • No wheels under the the bed would be great, we would wake up in the morning and there would be a gap between us • A small kettle would be nice to have in the bedroom to make tea

A very clean and beautiful cute Hotel, with amazing rooms. Very well designed and spacious in size. I love the colours and materials. The roof terrace and the small kitchen next to it. Only 10 to 15 min. walk from the train station. In the centre of Inca with plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A very helpful and charming owner which is always accessible via e-mail. Easy to handle the whole booking and online check in. In the night it is peaceful , because it’s of the main road. I did feel very welcome and home from the beginning to the END!

    I loved the actual hotel.

    I loved the actual hotel. Our room was stunning overlooking the courtyard. Beautiful bathroom complete with hot tub & shower. Pool was small & situated on the roof. Plenty of sun beds. Lloseta is a quiet place so not somewhere to go if you want clubs & bars. Good base for travelling to other areas. Train station within 5 minutes walk & very frequent train service in to Palma.

    The villa is magnificent with a gorgeous patio where to spend your days or evenings. The quality of the furniture is extremely high. We were a numerous party and it was good to have some single beds and some double beds. Can't recommend this enough is a good value for money. Kitchen is not 'professional' so if you have to cook for a lot of people it can be tricky; plan a paella or a BBQ, (that was our plan, so everything was beyond perfection for us).

    Friendly restaurants, albeit not many of them. We liked the peace and quiet. Good choice of food and reasonable prices. Railway station about 10 minutes walk away from hotel (uphill coming back), very useful supermarket nearby, open 6 days. Good selection although small. Taxi services into Inca very quick and about 6e each way. Taverna restaurant v good.

    Exactly what we needed! Inside and outside space was great and a real bonus was air con as it was so hot! The owners were so helpful and friendly! We stayed with our family for a wedding nearby, and our mums loved spending time with our child in the pool, with no pressure like in a hotel with mealtimes etc. We had a great time, would definitely come again!

    Beautiful hotel centrally located in a small village. Great rooms especially with the jacuzzi. Beautiful terrace with a very nice atmosphere in the evening and during the night, very quiet and many stars. Greats breakfast. Nice pool area on rooftop with amazing views. Very good wifi connection.

    The accommodation and food were excellent and the managers do everything they can to make the hosts happy. Lloseta town is a good choice to use as hub to explore the centre and north of Mallorca island. Grade 9 is very fair here.
