Beautiful apartment, ever you need. Host was outstanding, we arrived late and still accommodated us well. We stayed before flight but would have loved to have stayed longer.

The moment we walked in we felt like home, because everybody treated us well and did their best to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are nice and with cosy design and functionallity. The restaurant was runned so well by staff. Customer service in top. Always prepared to help you. Breakfast was super. The hotel is very central to the airport stop, the Guggenheim, the free Bilbao arts museum (recommended), tram stops, eating and shopping etc. We stayed for three days, and spent half a day to go see the historic Unesco site Biskaya Bridge-ferry from 1893; only Basque Unesco monument and a symbol of the industrial revolution. A great occasion to visit the beach and outer port area. We were recommended by hotel to buy the Barik Card, which makes public transportation even cheaper - a real bargain. The urban renewal of Bilbao is quite remarkable.

    We just stayed one night as we had to fly in the morning from Bilbao airport. We made a good choice: good service, kindness, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast for 7Eur, connection with public transportation to the airport in the morning.

    The location was perfect, and we were were going to the port from trip back to Ireland. Breakfast was fine, badic but perfectly OK. The one person who made our trip was your staff member Chaus. She was fabulous. We were in bilbao Sat night sightseeing , it was lashing rain. We could not get a taxi for 3 hours.When we got back, she gave us water and sandwiches. Which was so kind. Would definitely recommend your hotel

    The two staff / owner of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful! We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a family run restaurant nearby, Batzoki de Loiu with equally friendly people and comfort food.

    Very good location, the hotel is near to the airport but located in a peaceful town. Only a few kilometers to the city center. There are few restaurants nearby. And hotel also has its own restaurant on ground floor. The receptionist is also very kind and helpful.

    The hotel building is very attractive, and in a neighborhood that is very pretty, with beautiful gardens, a medieval church and pretty houses. Rooms are clean and in good condition, just as the bathroom. Nice bar/cafeteria with friendly staff.
