Beautiful apartment, ever you need. Host was outstanding, we arrived late and still accommodated us well. We stayed before flight but would have loved to have stayed longer.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel in Bilbao. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Casco Viejo and is a short walk to the metro and ideal to walk over the bridge to the new area of the city Abando where there is a vast selection of shopping and El Corte Inglés department store. The hotel is walking distance to all the small pinxto bars and sights of the old town.Ribera market with its fantastic selection of food stations our favourite is cervecería Arambarri for pintxo’s and drinks with a buzzing atmosphere. The interior of the hotel is comfortable with modern clean and comfortable rooms.Maid service daily and rooms left immaculate on our arrival each day. The bed is super comfy and the shower was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly,polite and courteous and nothing is to much trouble for them with any help or advice you need for your trip. We could not believe this hotel is not more than a 2* as it is worth a lot more in our opinion compared to another competitor we stayed at last year.At least a 4*! We will be back again that’s for sure. A great big thank you staff at Bilder Boutique 😊

Tatiana the receptionist was amazing and overly helpful! she helped us check in all seven of us and was even able to allow an early check in!!! facilities were amazing and the restaurant was just as good! will definitely stay there again!

    We just stayed one night as we had to fly in the morning from Bilbao airport. We made a good choice: good service, kindness, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast for 7Eur, connection with public transportation to the airport in the morning.

    It was awful and nobody was there to let us in as our bus arrived after 11pm. Were made to wait outside for a taxi that never arrived. This is an airport hotel which surely should have 24 hr reception. I was told to get taxi to pick up a key. The lady spoke no English and it was very hard to commuicate with her. At an airport hotel there should be an English speaking contact. We did not stay here and ended up sleeping at the airport on the floor. I expect a full refund. Regards Jackie Brooks

    The location was perfect, and we were were going to the port from trip back to Ireland. Breakfast was fine, badic but perfectly OK. The one person who made our trip was your staff member Chaus. She was fabulous. We were in bilbao Sat night sightseeing , it was lashing rain. We could not get a taxi for 3 hours.When we got back, she gave us water and sandwiches. Which was so kind. Would definitely recommend your hotel

    The two staff / owner of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful! We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a family run restaurant nearby, Batzoki de Loiu with equally friendly people and comfort food.

    The hotel building is very attractive, and in a neighborhood that is very pretty, with beautiful gardens, a medieval church and pretty houses. Rooms are clean and in good condition, just as the bathroom. Nice bar/cafeteria with friendly staff.

    I didn’t have breakfast but I had some Pintxos for dinner with my friend and it was delicious and affordable. Also, it’s close to the hotel.
