This palacio was really a nice discovery. All areas are much more beautiful then on pictures. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. We also had an offer of getting 8 course dinner for 55 euro at the place but we already made reservation at the other place. All in all we were delighted with our stay at this hotel.

Beautiful and peaceful place which has it all. Great interior design, with amazing views on a lake and surrounding nature. On top of that: a caring host.;) That's a perfect spot you can simply enjoy a dolce far niente or explore the region: Vitoria-Gasteiz, the vinyards of La Rioja etc. I truly recommend.

The location is just 35 minutes from Bilbao in a lush setting near a lake/reservoir. There are lovely gardens. The accommodation is very new and fresh. Rober provides drinks, coffee and tea in the room. We didn't use the sauna as it was summer, but it is a nice touch for a chilly night.

Location was great, easily accessible to all the sites. The room had everything needed for my stay. Good bed, great bathroom and the kitchen had everything to make an easy meal. Also a washing machine. Transport to the central bus station within walking distance
