Madrid is easy to move about in by walking.
Madrid is easy to move about in by walking. Everything is quite compact. It is very beautiful. We love the menu del dia places to eat at lunchtime they are fantastic value. Dont forget to visit the park and rhe Royal Palace. Also, miss out the tour buses and go to toledo by public bus, so cheap. It is a great day out. Madrid has striking architecture. Just take walks to Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace of Madrid and even in Gran Via. A visit to the Prado Museum mandatory.
