Absolute 10 stars across the board. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the checkin onwards. We received personalised attentions, which were highly appreciated! The room was comfortable, everything was new and working smoothly. Nice soft sheets, comfy bed and amazing long pillows. The shower is large and very good. Finally a design were the water doesn’t spill out everywhere. Our questions were answered in a swift and friendly manner by the highly professional reception staff. Delicious breakfast, excellent choice of food and drinks, and high level for a 4 star.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Location was perfect where everything was in walking distance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful when ever we needed any assistance. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious too with the a la carte menu. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it.

    We spent 90 minutes at the Royal Collections.

    We spent 90 minutes at the Royal Collections. I would allow another hour. We like Madrid and would go again and see more. The park around the Temple de Debod is very nice. Definitely go a little before sunset and enjoy just being their. We found the Mercado De San Miquel over crowded and just walked through and left.

    Madrid was an unexpected delight.

    Madrid was an unexpected delight. Less touristy than Barcelona - easier pace. Very walkable. Beautiful parks. I visited the Royal Palace and Prado Museum as my main paid attractions. Opted for the audio tours at both.

    Madrid was easy to get around and very walkable. Prada museum and Sofia Reina are excellent and worth visiting. We loved Retiro Park - a relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Can highly recommend doing a day trip to Toledo

    A lovely city with great architecture, the royal palace, and Museo del Prado - key sites. Go for a walk around the Chueca and Malasana districts where there are small boutiques, coffee shops and bars. Also try taking the train out to Toledo (30 mins) for a day and see this beautiful old medieval city.

    Madrid is an amazing city.

    Madrid is an amazing city. A very lively cosmopolitan city with bars, restaurants, cafes and people out and about. Locals are fun, humble, helpful, and cheerful. Getting around is super easy with taxis everywhere (fares regulated and not expensive like other European cities). The city completely surpassed my expectations.

    The hotel is modern and elegant and is located in a very nice green area of Madrid. It is not far from the airport ( 15-20 minutes with metro). The nearest metro station is at 10 minutes walking so it’s easy to go to the city centre. Also, there is a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are large and cozy and the bathroom comes with a bathtube and bidet. The wifi connection was very good. As i had to leave early the hotel i could not try the breakfast. I definitely recommend this accomodation.

    The location was excellent, offering quick access to the metro compared to other hotels near the airport. Some alternatives required taking a bus, making the journey to the city centre longer.     This is a fantastic hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Madrid as well as to the train station.     I really liked the airport transfer that took me from the airport to the hotel and also back again. The room was clean and I had the facilities I needed. There is a metro close to the hotel, and a little cornershop/supermarket. The metro went all the way to the city centre of Madrid.
