Staff were nice, kind, and supportive. The shower in the bedroom was amazing. It was strong, with excellent flow and warm. The view of the sea was complimentar for a very nice stay.

Extraordinary one of a kind facility. Staff, warm, welcoming and generous. Beautiful grounds with astonishing diversity of landscaping and seating. Beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacious and well appointed inside. Open areas both secluded and public. Library, 3 dining rooms, great views from all seatings. Feels like home.

The hotel met all our expectations. It is very close to the metro. There are several places to eat in neighborhood. Also close to it are placed groceries. The staff is super kind, they answered all our questions. They helped us with directions to most famous places. The room was big enough and clean. The bet was very comforable. We enjoyed our stay there and will visit it onse again.

    No decent local restaurants - just an American Burger Bar. Hotel restaurant and Bar did not open until 19.30hrs; Very limited menu - I had Paella, my wife had Tortellini - Both Delicious! Cheap Red wine. We were the Only people dining all night long! No kettle tea coffee facility in the room. Really poor facilities for a 3 star hotel and expensive!

    Smelly rooms. Sheets feel wet. No outlets to plug the phones. The whole hotel was smelly could not eat there. No AC on the lobby, cafeteria or restaurant. Very poor conditions

    Everything was really good, but it was a let down that we were unable to walk to the beach which was 100m away from the hotel since there was a highway blocking the way.

    The hotel is an out of town type hotel next to some supermarkets and petrol stations. It is out of the way and big. Plenty of space. Cheap. Shower was good.
