For me, Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at: The whole resort radiates calm and relaxation - nice rooms (with fresh fruits every day and plenty of water included), a well-equipped gym and two enjoyable pools, comfortable sun-beds etc. Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia particularly excels in the area of staff/people and cuisine: Really every member of the staff was so kind, helpful and polite as well as service- and customer-oriented: This is special and fabulous! When it comes to cuisine it is exceptional what Wolfgang Grobauer and his team prepare, cook and serve. I have attached some delicious food pics. I will definitely stay at Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia again!

Excellent hotel, over expectations. Everything was at superlative. Location: a quiet and very beautiful area, not far away from Maspalomas dunes. I mention that we hired a car for entire stay. Otherwise, location is a bit far away from the beach and city centre, but, no problem the hotel offers transports to the beach and to the city centre. Rooms: modern rooms, very clean and very welcoming. Cleaning of room and bathroom was done everyday. Meals: very good options for breakfast and dinner, for all tastes. Swimming pool is kept clean and is heated - unfortunately we hadn't time to spent some time around the pool, maybe next time.

Everything. The team at Lopesan Costa Meloneras were all very professional and always on hand to help. They went above expectation when I was not feeling well one day. They really looked after me. It was my first time staying at such an establishment in GC. I was soo pleased with everything I will definitely go back.

    Very nice town for family holiday, you can find all you want, hotels, beaches, restaurants, markets, palms, there are interesting places close to town, like Palmitos Park, harbour in Puerto Rico, Poema del Mar in Las Palmas. Only one problem is to find parking place near sea and avoid car towage by local police :-)

    Lacy’s apartment made Maspalomas very good for us, otherwise it’s too busy and fabricated. It’s for mass Turism but attractive places though. The sunset and a good walk in dunes far from the mirador 🤩 The high quality of the massages at Hannam and wellness and again the high standard of Lacy’s apartment and the high standard of their service. .Must go to eat fish at the fishermen’s cooperative in Arguineguín .Visit puerto Mogán And Fataga not too far and easy drive up in the mountain

    I have not visited Maspalomas for about fifteen years,and headed for the Yumbo Centre,where most of the night life,bars and restaurants are. It has really deteorated,and looks very tired.The bars and restaurants are still good,but the actual framework of the centre needs serious investment.Quite scruffy overall.

    The area is lovely and just a stone's throw from El Faro, where all the best restaurants and shops are and also a stone's throw to Yumbo shopping centre and very entertaining night life. It's far enough away from both to be tranquil, but only a few euros in a taxi.

    The whole resort of Maspalomas is very upmarket with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The standard of the food and service in the restaurants and bars is fantastic and very friendly. The beach backed by the sand dunes and nature reserve is beautiful and the sunsets over the lighthouse and sea front are exceptional, with many coming to watch in the evening. There is a bus station in town with regular local buses to other resorts, the market at Puerto de Mogan each Friday and the city of Las Palmas, which is definitely worth a visit. We stayed there for a week one year and it is a vibrant and historic city, with a wonderful cathedral, a thriving food scene, designer shops and a magnificent beach.

    Maspalomas has very nice parts around the resorts and beach, nice promenade along the sea, but if you go a little bit away, there is not much to see. I believe,there is nothing like a city center. The parking close to beach and promenade was good accesible and not expensive. There are very good restaurants around the promenade.

    Very well-equipped apartment with great location. We liked very much the balcony (and of course the view from there), the kitchen, the included parking space and flexibility of the host. This apartment really has everything that you may need to spend your perfect holiday in Gran Canaria, close enough to the centre of Maspalomas, but far enough for a calm neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend for your upcoming stay!

    The size of our apartment was huge. It's balcony is spectacular with great views of the ocean and Maspalomas lighthouse. The cleanliness is great. The staff are extremely helpful especially Julian at the pool café and the hotel store staff. They seem to love their work. Great atmosphere at the property. This is our fourth trip and we cannot wait for the fifth. Thank you Palm Oasis

    The friendliest and most polite staff of anywhere I’ve stayed. We always felt very welcome at the hotel. Every single person greeted us with a smile and a hello, and were always ready to help.
