Everything. Situation up above the town set in its own beautiful gardens and with on site parking. Large room with air conditioning. Flexible meal times with a good choice of food. Knowledgeable reception staff who spoke excellent English. Ease with which we could access good roads leading us to the main walking areas.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Don Cándido in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Our studio was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We also had an amazing view of Mount Teide, which added a special touch to our experience. The location is ideal—it’s in a quiet area, yet within a short walking distance to many attractions and conveniences. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was a great spot to relax. Puerto de la Cruz is truly the best place in Tenerife, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Don Cándido. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Great value for money. The room is like a one bedroom apartment with big balcony. We upgraded to a pool/sea view. We needed parking and I had to do some online work. The internet was good and the breakfast was great. The beds are big and comfortable.
