The host couple Conchi and Carlos were excellent. We met them several times as Carlos has a bar/restaurant under the apartment. One day - Sunday - the hot water tank broke and could not be fixed that day - Conchi immediately offered us either a new apartment or we could use their private apartment and take a shower - very classy. The next day the problem was solved. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed the whole week that our visit lasted. We would love to come back

The apartment was very spacious, and warm. We were traveling with 2 kids and cat. Host was extremely friendly, prepared special bowls for our furry friend. Very communicative, and helpful.

I picked keys up from Augerge new door. The lady here was extremely friendly and kind to me later in the night when I couldn't get the drier working. It was my own fault. I hadn't followed instructions propertly. But despite it being less than five minutes to closing time, she insisted on coming with me to make sure it worked fine for me. So far above and beyond the call of duty I wanted to thank her here!!

    Interesting city.

    Interesting city. The Monastery of Santa María la Real is absolutely extraordinary. The preservation and the organization of the visit is fantastic. The city is full of history and it would take more time to discover the years of stories of tits streets and to share ore time with their people. People are kind and servicial. The geography itself it is quite interesting from a geological perspective. I would go back.

    Very polite staff, check in was easy, great location since it's only a short walk into the Old Town, affordable laundry service available on request. Nice classic hotel - with plenty of space - that had great bathrooms (with wonderful showers) and plenty of space. An oasis on the Camino for me. Quiet at night. I'd be happy to recommend it.

    Very clean and comfortable. Spacious compared with a hotel room. Bars for breakfast close by or make your own in the kitchen. I’ve stayed here now 3 times on my return from Galicia and will do so again. Good value for money, and a welcome bottle of wine which was great!

    The check in process was not good. The kitchen had very limited utensils. Not good value for money. Other than that it was clean and the bed was comfortable and it had a good location. I will look elsewhere next visit to Najera.
