If you're looking to get away from it all, this is the perfect place! We loved the house; there were plenty of areas to sit with a glass of wine and soak up the sun. We usually went out during the day and spent our evenings sitting by the pool with a view of the vineyards and a glass of Albariño. The only sounds were the occasional passing car, maybe a dog, or distant music - otherwise, complete calm. We had several excellent lunches at the Hotel Nande, a wine hotel a 5-minute drive away. We also visited the Senorio de Rubios winery. Highly recommended! Baiona was also a highlight - busy yet buzzing, great seafood, perfect for a day by the sea. But we were happiest when we were relaxing at Casa da Fontina.

The house is amazing, well decorated and has all the amenities. It's in a very quiet village but there's supermarket, pharmacy etc less than 10 minutes away by car. There's also a dedicated parking slot for the guests close to the house. The host was great, provided all the information prior to our arrival and was quick to reply during our stay.
