It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! Location was amazing!!! Nice and easy access to the sea with amazing waters Sports team was amazing! friendly with great energy!! Water aerobics , kayak really gave a value to this stay. They have scheduled activities every day and every night they have some show magic ,music ,bingo.Food was good, water and soft drinks were available for half-board. I would only improve their dessert collection because they were no chocolate options and other options weren't really tasty *All-inclusive only includes 3 drinks in lunch and 3 in dinner so I don't think I would recommend it. Bottomless non alcoholic drinks.* A lot of shops are close buy , supermarket massage,nail salon, divings center.so you can make the most of your stay if you are not there for partying Definitely value for money

The view is amazing! We sat most evenings having dinner on the balcony. You are also right next to all the restaurants and the supermarket.     The staff were lovely, hotel clean. You had to pay for the safe in your room . We were half board , breakfast ok , evening meals were cold and under cooked even though the food was on a hot plate ! Lots of complaints about the food from other guests and like us we ended up eating out !! Holiday was not cheap

    The staff across the hotel were always courteous / smiling and made that important position that we were 'On Holiday'. Even the smaller problems were always dealt with promptly by your staff - and they never 'forgot' any of our questions!

    It really depends what you want from your vacation.

    It really depends what you want from your vacation. I would stay again, but now I know what to expect. It doesn’t have that “local” feel, it is much more touristic. But it’s a good and affordable base to explore other areas of Mallorca. I would definitely recommend for families and also for people who enjoy night live. If you’re not too fussed by the surroundings and just want an area to sleep, but venture to other places, then this is also definitely a good area

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean.

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean. The water is crystal clear and ideal for families with smaller children as the water is shallow. Around the beaches there are a great variety of bars, restaurants,shops and small supermarkets to cater for all. The main promanards of the resort is generally flat and well carered for people with walking difficulties, the back of the resort does have some small inclines. However most main hotels and apartments are acceable. A shout out to "the Scotsman", this is a restaurant that serves great food and great service. This was located on the edge of Son Matias beach. If you are looking for things to do. There are boat trip that pick up in Palma Nova.

    We were really happy with our seaview room, the view is beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and a great location for the many restaurants and bars in Palma Nova and Magaluf. Lots of space available in the wardrobes. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was excellent, so much choice! We had no complaints with our choice of hotel and the price we paid.
