    I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that...

    I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

    I had a truly lovely experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Even after my stay, the team kindly contacted me about a small item I had left behind. Their thoughtfulness and care were deeply appreciated. I would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Madrid. Thank you so much for your hospitality—it made my visit even more special.

    We were very pleased with my stay, even we stayed for a short time.The photos accurately reflect reality — everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hostel meets hotel-level standards, with careful attention to detail, from providing an extra toothbrush to offering fresh water. The hostel manager was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place

    Everything, from the rustic charm of the facility to the human warmth of the hosts. Truly an experience of dwelling abroad in an authentic community. There is a saying that « the value of a community is revealed through the way it hosts visitors », well this hostel is a testimony to the value of the Paracuellos de Jarama community.

    The airport hotel is excellent. They offer breakfast for just 5 euros, and their rooms are clean. It's a great place to stay overnight. The staff is really friendly, and they provide 2 free shuttles per stay, making it excellent value for money.
