From the moment you enter the Cortijo you are meet with excellent customer service. We were full board and the food was all tasty, well presented and good portions! The pools and grass area was perfect for relaxing in! The English speaking waiter was super! He played great tunes at the restaurant/ all night! It’s dog friendly too! My dog got a little welcome pack!

This property is outstanding, the attention to detail, style and luxury was superb. There is a very special ambience and relaxing feel to this gem of a hotel. The hosts were extremely helpful and informative on the local history and incredibly welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

    We stayed at Casa La Vina del Arenal for 1 week, the hosts...

    We stayed at Casa La Vina del Arenal for 1 week, the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We visited Pizarra town on 2 occasions to eat out and both times the meals, price and service was spot on. There were several supermarkets and a shop which sold everything from souvenirs, pool toys to DIY items. We were reccomended a taxi company by the host and they were very reliable and fair priced. The villa was perfect for what we needed. There were 15 of us in total and this included 6 children aged 2-13. I would reccomend pre booking transfers from the airport to the villa as we were over charged by the airport taxi company by over €30. The swimming pool was perfect and we took inflatables to keep the kids entertained. The bbq area was a great addition and there were plenty of areas to sit separate to have your own space. Overall I would highly reccomend this property.

    Honestly having read the reviews I was surprised at how bad this hotel was. The staff were surly and it felt like they didn’t want us there. The room was damp and cold. The meal in the restaurant was horrendous and very over priced. Service was once again unfriendly and poor. The only vaguely good thing about this hotel is the ok location and the fact that it was obviously once a nice place to breed horses. Do not waste your money on this place.

    Our second stay at the the property (we went for first time last year), and we had the perfect time. Near to the town of Pizarra and its supermarkets and a few bars, the finca works well for a weeks stay with friends and family. The finca is clean and comfortable, and isolated enough to make you feel you are away from everything. There were 12 of us and it all worked very well. The pool is very nice and was used every day.

    Perfect hotel location for Caminito del Rey (30 mins drive) and airport (30 mins) restaurant was outstanding service and standard of cuisine, best we had in our 2 week stay around Granada and Cordoba. Staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful.

    The hotel was wonderful, comfortable and welcoming. We booked for lunch, dinner and breakfast at a very, very reasonable rate. The food was simply delicious and the staff very kind. We enjoyed a very relaxing afternoon, lying by the pool. Divine.
