The hotel is truly a great 5star hotel. The amenities (spa, indoor and outdoor pools, kids room, every night live music etc), the choice and quality of the food (with daily delicious options at the diner buffet with loads of made to order choices) but most of all the superfriendly and accommodating staff is what made the experience a sure five stars.

I gave 10 records for everything ! This hotel is very beautiful and just located near the sea, the swimming pool is big and children can play into the swimming pool! Besides, it’s also has football ground and playing Grund for the children! It’s a good place for the families! The breakfast is very good, we can have many choices for eating! It’s a very nice hotel and I totally recommend you for choosing it!

The staff was very friendly and caring. I am a woman. I went alone and I never felt unsafe. The staff took extra care of me and were super friendly with little conversation to make sure that I was okay! The entertainment was also very lovely.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would love to be back again soon! The staff was amazing and we felt very welcome. Thanks again to everyone for making our stay great. Our room was always clean, I also enjoyed the gym and could do my exercise just fine, we liked the breakfast variety and complimentary voucher for dinner. Entertainment was also great, although we haven't attended too many of them, we thought the options were nice and everyone could pick what they liked!

The convenience offered in this all-inclusive option is worth it. Food in the buffet restaurant exceeded our expectations. Thanks to staff at Mistral, Miquel and Carlos, for the last-minute birthday cake surprise, and to Isabel for arranging the extra bed in our room. wow this place is amazing the staff can't help you enough and the selection of food is also amazing. the rooms are large and comfortable. there is a good selection of all inclusive drinks easy access to the beach and everything is kept to a high standard. we had entertainment each night. there are shops and bars across the road we will deffinatley return in the near future.

    Nice area with plenty of shops.

    Nice area with plenty of shops. The beach was nice but I suggest to move around, the isle of Mallorca has many nice coves! There are bus that goes pretty much everywhere in the Island (up to the Formentor Lighthouse!), but renting a car is pretty cheap. We visited several coves, and Palma aquarium with its huge shark tank!

    Playa de Muro is pretty much a spot I would recommend to anyone traveling to Mallorca for the first time. The variety of hotels and Airbnbs are pretty much for everyone. The beach itself is very nice and very good if you have kids. The balance between day and night life is also amazing as you have the variety of the restaurants and shops. Be aware that its a beach town so pretty much add +30/40% to every price tag for everything. You can get around this by shopping inland.

    Playa de Muro is a lovely place suitable for a family vacation with children. The area is quiet, the beach is clean and the water is shallow for a long time, which gives parents peace of mind when it comes to their children. The vendors were not pushy and the views allowed you to enjoy your vacation. There are many places where you can eat decently and the menu is varied enough that everyone will find something for themselves. The shops right by the beach definitely charge extra so it's worth thinking about what you need in advance. Getting to the beach is easy and there are plenty of free parking spots around the beach

    Wonderful stay.

    Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

    The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

    The manager and his team at this hotel, are sensational. They make sure to tend to all the needs of guests and nothing was too much for them. The amenities for children are amazing. (Mini disco was a big hit!) Beautiful pools and places to relax in the sun, as well as being walking distance to the most beautiful beach. Alcudia is a treat in itself. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment for our family. The grill restaurant is an absolute must if you are staying here. Alessandro and Joanna make a phenomenal team and the food is out of this world.

    I booked this hotel as it was near the hospital, my partner had broken some bones. We were able to walk to it every day. It was close to the beach and shops. Staff were all friendly and approachable. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their help, especially the receptionists . Food was delicious and a great selection of food. Our nice room on the ground floor with a balcony. I have been telling everyone what a great hotel this is and I will definitely go back again for a holiday.

    We came back after 3 years and were happy to see that the old suites are renovated. Now it really is a great hotel! Spacious suites, a lot of light inside, huge balcony, very nice staff, very good breakfast, 5 minutes to the beach, bus stop right in front, nice pools, nice bar for afternoon snack, really an excellent choice. And the nearby beach, Playa del Muro, is one of the most beautiful beaches, very clean, nice sunbeds (15 EUR set with umbrella) and beautiful turquoise water.
