The location is very close to the beach and there was plenty of shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s free luggage storage available and you can use the common area after checkout also if your flight is late.

Very - very friendly and nice staff, they helped us a lot. Very nice meals, three-course dinner, but as yo did not find anything you would be fancy for, you could as from the a'la carte. They had kids menu aswell. Very comfortable beds, nice terrace, great place. In the quiescent area but 5 mins walk from the beach. I would go back for sure again.

All facilities including room, restaurant, pool area, gym are very nice and clean. But what I would like to highlight is the quality and variety of breakfast and dinner. We had breakfast included and they were amazing. Dinner was not included but it was only 9eur per person and was very nice as well.

Everything was amazing. Food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, never disappointed, the choice was huge, everyone must be able to eat there. Personal very nice. Pool area amazing. Evening program, live music, good drinks and food available during the day. 15min by bus from airport, directly. 2 min walk from the beach, 1min from nearest shop if you need water, 2 min from car renting place. We even had a sea view room, balcony is amazing. Gym available as well (old school, but enough!). Thank you again! (big bonus: GLUTEN FREE options available)

Hotel is comfy, rooms clean, pools great. Staff was the best ever, kind and helpful. Every request is made possible. Makes you feel at home. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Coctails at the bar are amazing. Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. But, if you like crowd and parties it is just down the main street. You can find anything you need as stores, souvenir shops, rent-a-bike, ATMs just across the street from the main entrance. Rooftop with pool has breathtaking view of the sea. They offer parking at reasonable price but it could be found free within 1-3 min walk from hotel. Definitely will be coming back.

    Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.

    Playa de Palma is beautiful with a beautiful beach and many places to find a drink or meal. The only major drawback is that the hotel feels more like a “mini Germany,” since it’s a very popular holiday spot for German travelers. If you’re hoping for something that feels more local, just keep that in mind.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca. It feels a bit lads holiday/staggy with kebab shops, tattoo shops and fish pedicure bars everywhere, and there are some unsavoury characters selling 'items' on the promenade who approach you, which I hadn't seen anywhere else on the island. We were there as an adult couple, but wouldn't be bringing children here in future. The plusses are the proximity to the airport (although it's probably an hour by public transport to Palma city itself). The beaches are clean, and it is reasonably priced to eat and drink in this area. But I wouldn't come back - there are far nicer spots elsewhere.

    Didn’t research the location and it wasn’t for us! It is not really Spain, but Germany - which is fine if that’s what you are after. The whole place was full of large groups of mostly men in football kits and the chanting was constant so it was like staying in a football stadium. We were right in the middle of the action so not the peaceful break we had anticipated. Fun to see people having a good time but it was soo noisy 24/7 Luckily bus was only 2 euros and frequent so escaped to palma every day

    As late 70 year olds Playa de Palma is an ideal location for visiting the island. We used the buses which are frequent from just near the hotel into Palma and from the bus station easy to visit other towns on the island . Plenty of choices for eating and drinking out immediately from the hotel although the hotel provided all you needed at similar cost. A motorised train runs regularly along the front , you can hop on/off once so saving along walk made it more comfortable. Generally a good location.

    This is a very busy resort and appears to be a major attraction for stag and hen parties (there were hundreds). For many visitors the large groups of loud excitable young people would be appealing but for others it was noisy and rather crowded. Every morning (from about 7 am) the council carried out a major clean up of the beach and promenade, removing the litter and detritus from the previous evening. They also cleaned and raked the beach. Fabulous. If only we could do this in the UK!! Our hotel was on the eastern side of the resort but the western end was much quieter although there were a lot less bars and restaurants

    Great choice of food selections were good but it was uncomfortable with the volume of people staying at the hotel complex 600 while we were there and with a capacity of 900 I wouldn’t like to be there at full capacity.Staff had to control the volume of people entering the restaurant during breakfast,lunch and dinner as it was an all inclusive package offered by the hotel
