Staff were AMAZING!! The hotel was all-inclusive and provided 3 meals a day in a huge buffet style dining area. When I checked in, it was nearing the end of the lunch hour. Before they even checked me in they asked if I was hungry and welcomed me to go eat lunch first, then check in. I was there for 5 days and the staff just continued to impress me. The World Cup was going on and I would call the front desk to find out which stations it would be broadcast on. After only one day, they new me and had the channels already ready for me when I called!! I wish I could call out all of them by name, but KUDOS to the ENTIRE reception staff!! Room was huge and comfortable with a balcony and great view. Food was absolutely amazing as well. HUGE buffets with wine and beer all made by professional cooks. Paella was phenomenal!! I rarely tip buffet style food places since there's not really personal service. This place was different...the restaurant crew were awesome! Service, table clean up, cleanliness of restaurant, well stocked food/wine. They never missed the mark...I gave a HUGE tip to the staff on the last day. HIGHLY recommend this hotel...10 stars!!

We selected Salobre due to closeness to 27 hole golf course. Proshop is on the ground floor of the hotel and golf cart you get in front of the hotel. We liked swimming in the heated pool and fantastic breakfasts and dinners. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

We liked very much our stay at Hotel Cordial Morgan Playa. The hotel is big and offers lots of activities and entertainment like bowling, chess and Tennis (even Tennis training is available). The pool was great to swim and relaxing. The food gets a 12 out of 10 (excellent quality and variety). I like very much how they organized the dinner, with different sittings and if you like they assig you a table for the whole stay. The room was big and comfortable. We booked the junior suite and got a big balcony with two loungers and view to the beautiful Chapel garden. Breakfast for the suites was served at the pool restaurant which was also great in both settings and food quality. We liked and enjoyed the hotel very much and can only recommend to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Gran Canaria.

I love that this hotel is for adults only (you can fully relax as it is quite and peaceful). Also it has great solarium space on top floor with jacuzzi (on ground floor is swimming pool +jacuzzi), I just love it. Location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also is very good (eggs is cooked on your preferences). We had great time and definitely we will come back. Thank you!

    Playa del Cura is a quiet area, ideal for families. But not too far away from the livelier areas such as Puerto Rico, which was only about 10 minutes away by taxi. It has a few restaurants to choose from if you wanted to stay local and also a convenient Spar shop in the centre. Maspalomas beach was just a walk away along the seafront.

    I’m an experienced Paddleboarder (qualified paddle uk coach) - if you’re looking for a paddling adventure then this place is a great location. Two paddle miles one way you land on golden beach. 4.5 miles paddling the other way you get to Morgan. Or be as crazy as I was and paddle from Player Del Cura to Maspalomas beach (12.5 miles, 4 hours) - one way trip then bus back. I was lucky to have been gifted a board all week by # secondreef surf school. Who really looked after me

    Seems to be the quietest place along that stretch of coast...

    Seems to be the quietest place along that stretch of coast and excellent for 2 week stay. We have decided to have 2 weeks there next winter and 2 weeks on outskirts of Puerto de Mogán so will have quiet but be able to enjoy facilities of the town.

    I really enjoyed the tranquility of the place, especially with its location right by the beach. However, the waves were quite strong, so I wouldn't recommend it for small children wanting to swim, though they can still play at the beach. I went in the waves myself, but it’s definitely not for young kids. For a calmer beach, Amadores Beach is just 4 minutes by bus (only €1.40 per person) or a short 6€ taxi ride away. The area itself was quiet, safe, and convenient. There's a Spar nearby, though it’s a bit expensive, but it’s handy for small items. If I stayed again, I'd take a bus to a bigger shop like Hyper Dino for larger grocery runs. The accommodation didn’t have a heated pool, and my kids found it too cold, so next time, I’d prioritize a heated pool. I’d still recommend this place if you don’t mind a cool pool—it’s lovely with friendly people. However, the pool had restrictions like no floaties or balls, and there weren’t many other children around, so it felt a bit out of place for our family. I had to be mindful of keeping quiet, which wasn’t ideal for my kids. Despite this, I’d still consider staying again but would prefer a more family-friendly atmosphere next time.

    After driving and boating around the southern coast of Gran...

    After driving and boating around the southern coast of Gran Canaria I am pretty sure Playa del Cura is the best resort for those who want a less commercial, laid-back beach vacation. The weather in the area is the best we experienced on our travels around the south coast, there are great (affordable) hidden-gem restuarants walking distance inside and near the resort, and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep, rather than the sound of thumping club music. If you want to party, this is not the place for you. But if you love nature, fitness, swimming in the clear sea and laying in the sun on a quiet beach I highly recommend it.

    Excellent place to stay on Holiday in Gran Canaria. The Apartment is very clean, spacious all amenities provided, ideal little garden to seat and enjoy the evening. Just a few steps from the apartment is the swimming Pool and very close La playa del cura beach. Fantastic communication with the Owners! Would recommend this place to everyone and for sure will be back there once again 😊

    The apartment is very well equipped- there is literally everything you will need! Spar supermarket is 3 min walking distance, Beach also super close. Not much of activities there (Playa Del Curra) so you need to go to Puerto Rico to have some fun/ activities. Very quiet location. Hotel very well suited- quiet, for families and older people, we really enjoyed!
