Very professional service staff in all areas. A suitable place for everyone, from young families to older ones. Classes are suitable for both adults and children. Different performances every evening. A separate grand piano for vacationers with children in front of the children's playground. No one interferes with each other, even though it is a very big hotel. Great variety of food, worth staying for the food alone. Everything is fresh, varied and delicious for every taste. Everything is perfectly organized during lunch, no matter how many guests there are. Ideal wi-fi, as far as I have stayed, I have not experienced such good internet in all areas of this island until now. Individual adjustment of the confectioner, which saved the day, because the weather in Gran Canaria rises unusually. Until I stayed here, I didn't think that the Canary Islands had such a high standard. The vacationers are diverse, from different continents.

Amazing experience, it's the second year me and my wife are booking this hotel and doesn't disappoint! The location is perfect at just 5-6 min walking from the beach and with many bars and restaurants around to explore. Also a super market just up the street. Easy to get to the bus station as well, at only a couple minutes away.

The hotel is located in a great location. Playa del Inglés is an exceptional location for relaxation and fun. That's why I highly recommend it. By walking slowly, you can easily and simply reach the San Augustin neighborhood or the lighthouse in Maspalomas. The food throughout the day was perfect. The choice of dishes was varied enough.

Staff very friendly and helpful room clean & all mod cons (Kettle fridge good hairdryer TV balcony) beds very comfortable. Room cleaned every day, linen towels changed regularly. Restaurant- plenty of staff great choice of foods for breakfast & Dinner ( didn't really use it during lunchtime) there were snacks & drinks available all day . Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds available and in good conditions. Seems to be plenty of activities organised during day. Very close to a lovely beach so we went there every day. again clean sunbeds in good condition great swimming !! Nightly entertainment but not really interested in that. The Spa was excellent we had a couple massages and a facial very good and enjoyed it . would definitely go back. Big plus was staff very friendly and on the ball .

Snackbar had good opening times and you could always have pizza, hotdogs, burgers, chicken nuggets, olives, salads and sandwiches - even if you missed breakfast or lunch or dinner. Nobody complained if you took food and drinks from the snackbar to your room and enjoyed them on your balkony. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cosmetic salong at the pool was a bonus, so I could have pedicure done there. Also massage salong was there, but since they have only one very good therapeut there, appointments are difficult to arrange. The game room for children was very good, well equipped. I liked the size of our room - it was big enough for 3 adults(on of our children is 19) and 1 child (8-years).And we had enough storage for 6 suitcases. The buffet was sufficient for us - I liked that they had 3 fish options every meal and we eat mostly that + seafood for dinner. The child and 19-years old boy were also satisfied with the meal options.

The royal level rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were one of the best I ever had in a hotel. Our room was cleaned everyday and we always had fresh towels. The option to use any of the 3 pools was fantastic and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious choice. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. I can't wait to be back!

    Easy access to bars /restaurants/beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Sand dunes were amazing & a must if you want some great pictures. Some great wee local bars so no need to go to the big commercial centres if that's not your thing.

    Love Playa del Ingles, have been going here for about 25 years. If you want nightlife it is all there with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you just want a quiet holiday it is perfect for that too. The vibe of PDI is so relaxed and open with an International crowd.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The sand was soft with traces of black in it. The best part was that we had no algee in th water like we had in Tenerife for example. That water was really clean and some waves (~1m) were also present from time to time. There was no shade except for some trees. Also, the foot showers worked well. We did not like the over 100 stairs we had to climb :)

    It's a busy tourist resort.

    It's a busy tourist resort. We stayed on the edge of it, which suited us. Easy to see the sunrise from the beach in the morning. All the meals we had were good, but we researched Google reviews in advance. I would recommend car hire and using Playa del Ingles as a base to explore the island.

    Atlantic beach club apartments had the best views ever and was the best location. Right on the beach with shopping malls at your doorstep. Annexo II was always very lively with live music at various bars every night and lots of choice for places to eat and drink. The Tipsy Hammock was my favorite. Also bus stop very close for your days trips. We went to Palmitos park and Aqualand. But I’ve heard puerto de Mogan would be great to visit too. We left that for next time we come back. There are so many things to see and do that we have to go back. Also the famous Yumbo Center was only a 10 minute stroll from our apartment. Our apartment had very helpful and friendly staff.

    I went for Grand Canaria Pride, and went the week of which made it difficult to do anything else but party, I should of booked a longer or earlier trip to enjoy the island and the food, a scooter to the mountains and all extra activities. Loved the party and the people were all so friendly- feels like a safe place but still be very aware of your area as many thieves about and looking to rob the tourist when able.

    Decent hotel! Some staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms of a good size. Nice view from balcony. The food was lovely. Short walk to the beach. Great pool area which me and my daughter spent a good time there. Also the waterpark is short drive away. I would like to book this hotel if I was in gran canaria again.

    I love the location of this hotel. Gran canaria is very hilly and sometimes you've got a steep walk to your hotel, but not here. It was brilliant. Everything just a little down the street and you're right on the beach. The hotel was immaculate. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff were great.

    I'm really excited about this hotel! The room was so large with big comfortable bed and a terrace. It is clear with daily housekeeping. The all inclusive option is perfect with large variety of food and beverages. All staff are really kind, smiley and just amazing!
