Beautiful room and exceptional location next to the monastery. The air con was an absolute bonus given the hot weather and humidity here host was really helpful in sorting out codes and check in. Would thoroughly recommend as a stop for weary pilgrims.

Everything! Owner allowed earlier check-in. We had a problem with wifi - which he sorted out immediately. VERY spacious and clean apartment. Kitchen had everthing we needed to prepare our own dinner. Washing machine with washing line outside and drying rack for using in apartment. Very comfortable twin beds. Spacious bathroom - good shower. Location in Sobrado dos Monxes - perfect. Supermarket about 5 minutes away by foot. Bar just across the road for a beer when you arrive in Sobrado. Highl recommended

    A visit to the monastery founded in 952 is a must! They were in the process of refurbishing it when we were there but it was still amazing to see. If you are Catholic, Mass with the monks in the upstairs chapel is very special.
