Overall the perfect place to stay when visiting Mallorca - a reasonable walking distance to both Palma Nova and Portals Nous, which are the bit more tourists areas. But also very close to one of the best beaches (personal opinion) and the “puerto portals” which definitely is worth a look. the bus stop to the airport, Palma and basically anywhere else, is just 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, and shops are just around the corner. The hotel itself are super comfortable in every way - amazing breakfast, chill area and especially the pool area. The rooms are spacious and nice, and the staff are super friendly. In general it’s just the vibe that makes everything super comfortable ;)

I have been beyond satisfied by the service and mostly the kind approach of Marianne, who took care of all my requests before and during my stay. The hotel was so beautiful, with a luxurious ambience. The delicious breakfast provided a irriplaceable view from the terrace.

Breakfast was cooked in apartment easily using the great little kitchen, and eating looking out over the port to the sea was excellent. Garden area with pool was lovely enjoyed every minute sitting there with easy access to the port to walk round the boats and have dinner excellent.

The territory is spectacular! The gardens and lands are kept in immaculate condition. Their kitchen garden fills the air with wonderful aromas of herbs and lavender. The views from the terrace and balconies are breathtaking. We loved the attention and enthusiasm of every member of personnel. Our special appreciation goes to Javier from the Terra restaurant, The food in all the restaurants in the hotel is of the highest quality and taste!     Unique in that it is more a residential area with a posh port. It sits in between your more common or garden resorts and has its own charm, centered around the harbour and port and adjoining row of shops, estate agents and bar, restaurant clubs. Bring your credit card! Portals has a little town centre too, with restaurants, a supermarket and some usual resident shops.

    Love the area especially the port and all its restaraunts. The public beach is excellent Beds are reasonable 20.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella Easy to get to Palma Can be a wait for taxis during high season and busy times of the day

    The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

    The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area. The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks. There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to chill or use it as a base to venture out. We rented a car for 4 days and managed to see a number of places on the island with most places only a short 20/25 minute trip away including the city of Palma if that’s your sort of thing. Area itself has a couple of very nice beaches which we went to more than we thought we would as they were so nice. We would stay again for sure and explore more of the island

    I really liked the pool area ,well laid out and it had a bar and restaurant beside it which worked really well.The rooms were very spacious and clean .The food was very good quality with plenty of choice .The staff were very friendly and helpful .Its a great location with nice beaches and walks and good choice in local restaurants and bars

    This is a fabulous hotel, the rooms and service are outstanding. The staff are the best staff I have ever come across in a hotel,they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. We stayed here for our Honeymoon and we couldn’t of chose anywhere better. The breakfast is also fabulous on a beautiful terrace. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect ❤️

    Great hotel, very nice staff and the breakfast was amazing! I enjoyed having the options of different pools as it didn't make you feel like everyone was on top of each other. Beds were also really comfortable. Super close to a small beach.
