I loved the relaxed feel of Portocolom.
I loved the relaxed feel of Portocolom. It's such a beautiful place and very easy to get around. I would not recommend if you are looking for bustling nightlife! I wasn't, so it was just perfect and I will definately be going back for that very reason. I can highly recommend two restaurants; Marsal which is beside the beach and also Ses Portadores, facing the harbour. The nearby beach, Cala Marčal is so beautiful and in the opposite direction, again only minutes away, is a lovely harbour, which is perfect to go for a nice morning walk. We were in Cala Marsal - a 10-20 minute walk to Portocolom. Plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach bar - recommend El Baul and Restaurant Marsal. Beach bar makes excellent breakfast, coffees and cocktails. Porto colom is a very quiet and relaxing area, ideal for couples of all ages, there are lots of restaurants located by the harbour but there is also a few by the beach (Cala marsal) and on the main road down to the beach. One of the restaurants by the beach often has live music, the only downside to this beautiful area are the steep hill or steps down to the beach if you have mobility issues, but it didn’t stop us taking walks as there are plenty of benches to rest and take in the clean air and breathtaking views , this was our 16th visit to Porto colom and it won’t be our last, we are already making plans for our 17th .Guest review byYvonneUnited Kingdom

The staff individually makes each cup…no usual machine that makes mediocre coffee. Eating on the terrace was delightful and an extra bonus. The staff is SUPER friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and quiet and the grounds are perfectly groomed. It was a great place to stay and added a uniqueness to being in Mallorca because it is not the typical tourist hotel and location.
