    It was located in a perfect place, laundrette and cafeteria/restaurant in the petrol station right in front of the hotel. Plenty of car park. The young receptionist (I think was Ruben) gave us one of the best welcomes we ever had in a hotel. He asked how many days we were in the area and the direction of travel, so he gaves us the best spots to visit in less than 24h which was amazing, where to park and where to eat. This made staying in Cantabria and Puerta de Santillana a memorable and pleasant experience, gracias Ruben!

    This is a great hotel for staying ahead of catching the Ferry at Santander, with both Iberdrola and Tesla chargers right next to the hotel for us EV drivers. The service station cafe/bar is great for breakfast and is OK was getting something to eat in the evening and is open until 2300. The staff were lovely, and if checking is closed you just need to walk across to the service station who will sort everything out.

    The check-in process was one of the best I ever had. The host very kindly walked me to the room and through all the details I needed for my stay. The room was very comfortable and even though the Hotel is on a petrol station, it was very quiet.
