Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! The rooms are spacious, modern and super clean. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in a beautiful and quiet setting.

A beautiful, simple apartment in a delightful village. It was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful home for a night on a long-distance bike trip. They even left me some toast for breakfast, which was very nice. It has a very comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen too.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was located in a quiet area. The communication with owner was good and access to the apartment was easy. We were provided with instructions to a supermarket in nearby town as one in village closes at14.00.

    Very nice and romantic appartement in the city center of Roa, with view on the main square next to the church. The appartement is fully equiped including a washing machine. If you like good wine Roa is the place to be. Many bodega’s are located directly around Roa on walking distance. Maria is very friendly and responsive.

    Big, comfortable apartment with lovely view onto the main square. Easy check in and out with Maria, the very helpful and friendly host. Good kitchen and laundry facilities provided. Supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Roa makes a great base for touring the beautiful meseta between Burgos, Valladolid and Segovia.

    Well renovated apartment in an old historical building located central in the small village of Roa. Very friendly and helpful host. For the remote working: Very fast and stable internet available. One bedroom has a desk to be able to work silent.
