There was an excellent choice of food and the staff catered for special diets. There were a wide range of drinks offered at both bars and the sunsets observed from the sky bar were spectacular. The room was exceptionally clean and all staff were helpful and accommodating. Thank you team Perla!

The check-in process after working hours was super simple. The staff were very nice and they maintained the room clean. They also kept a basket in the common area with fruits and sun screens and other stuff for everyone to pick and choose whether they need to use which is very convenient! Also the fridge in the room was old and it was making strange knocks but immediately after we informed the staff they swapped it with a newer fridge that worked great.

    S'illot is a good starting point to explore more. There is a very nice promenade along the beach which leads to Sa Coma or Cala Millor, or further. Small and quiet, with very reasonable accommodation prices compared to the nearby Cala Milor etc.

    Scruffy, dirty and unkempt area of majorca.

    Scruffy, dirty and unkempt area of majorca. The council need to spend some money on this area. No seating areas on the sea front. The beach is dirty. Lots of rundown properties and hotels around area. Would not recommend the area to anyone. Best areas to visit Cala Millor / Cala Bona and the beginning of Sa Coma where the large hotels are.

    A very nice area, very good walking on the sea front as it has a good path right next to the beach so several Km. Very friendly shop keepers all looking for sales as the area was just opening up for the season. great stret restuarants and bars in the area, but not loud and crowded..

    The location was ideal. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself was very tidy and well maintained. The staff obviously care about the service they provide and want to do a good job. The thing that impressed me was when we arrived, it was 2am due to a late flight, when we went to the desk we were given a brown paper bag with water, sandwiches, and fruit inside to tie us over until breakfast. Very thoughtful.

    The hotel was extremely dangerous for our 1 year old baby, the balcony gap was that big he called crawl under. The rooms had no air conditioning resulting in our baby becoming poorly. We left after 1 one, the hotel was dirty and the staff were rude. Nothing like the pictures we’d seen and it was a horrific stay. We’d say to anyone thinking about the hotel to avoid at all cost!

    It was a nice hotel on a good location. Airconditioning worked. Fresh towels were good. There was always staff on. Entertainment was good and the pool facility was great. We were good informed about our stay at the check in.
