The room was very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed to sleep. One of the guys I can't remember his name, but he was very nice and polite and very helpful . Most of all, he always smiles, and we also feel comfortable asking him questions. You get free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water all day. There's few restaurant on the opposite and bar further down. I highly recommend this place

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Seville and on this particular occasion the manager Antonio was extremely helpful in resolving a matter I had brought to his attention. His level of customer service and professionalism was absolutely outstanding and I can’t commend him enough. Thank-you Antonio and your Team at reception.. You really went above and beyond and I really look forward to my Stay again in December
