Amazing hotel that totally exceeded my expectations. its perfect for a relaxing getaway. rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is extremely helpful and reactive, there are 2 pools that allows for all guests to have their own privacy and space, its not crowded nor busy. there are some special offers like transfers to beach, picnic box, happy hour and tasting menu, which give additional touch to your stay. overall, the service, staff and location are really amazing. my highest recommendations.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The afternoon snacks and complementary wine, beer and soft drinks was unexpected but appreciated. Location was good, close to the shopping precinct. The rooftop pool was good, especially for an urban hotel. The common areas were excellent, especially if you are a solo traveller or travelling for work.

Every staff from the hotel was absolutely wonderful! My parents (seniors) were so happy with the choice to stay here. I had been communicating with the hotel days before arrival to help arrange my parents visit, and the hotel's manager and staff were so helpful. We asked and were recommended a tour guide by the hotel, and she was also wonderful and professional. Breakfast, location, service, quality, everything has exceeded our expectation. The rooms (and indeed, the whole property) are beautifully decorated and give a charming, airy, homey feel. The rooms themselves are spacious, too. Alaior is so central on the island so that it's quick to get to most places. It's also very safe and quiet around the hotel's location. When I extended my stay in Menorca at the last minute (but before arriving to and experiencing Encant de Alaior), I initially booked another property in another part of the island for the additional days. Upon arriving at the other place, though, I instantly changed my mind and called up Joanna to return to Encant de Alaior – they set a very high bar! Joanna and Diego are so friendly and helpful, and they're running an excellent place to stay. I really loved my stay here; I look forward to returning soon!

Fantastic boutique hotel set in an Mahon 3 storey townhouse with perfect location in Mahon. The owner has created a very individual, arty and homely place where you feel so much at home. Organic breakfast was great and free amendments available all day such as coffee, tea, fruits and cake. The owner is very welcoming and so helpful, gaves us a lot of great advice on resturants, beaches, walks and interesting history to visit. This place is highly recommended!
