I've had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very clean an spacious. View from the terrace is astonishing! Staff is very friendly and helpful, also their suggestions on sightseeings added impressions to my holiday. Breakfast is very decent, with a variety of freshly baked pastries 😋 .

I gave this resort (and it has a nice resort feel rather than a hotel feel) 7/10 in a previous review from 4 weeks ago simply because I found the rooms let it down. It would be totally unfair not to update my review. The rooms did feel a bit and tired the first stay but it was a midnight arrival and we were the first guests to open the doors of that room at the start of season,so it smelt and felt of the few idle months. On a return trip last week the rooms were in full swing and in fairness felt a million times brighter cleaner and happier.The a/c system is a bit tired as are the random replaced tiles in the common areas of the 1st floor but so what!!. The staff ,the service, the general friendliness and cheer in every corner from the dining room staff ,check in staff, cleaning staff, to the pool side guys to the very good entertainment crew is genuinely far beyond a 5 star service. Whoever does the hiring within this group should take a bow. These people honestly give the feeling that they want to be at work. In this day and age that is rare!!. The value for money is exceptional,the place is spotless, although a little tired the rooms have all the facilities and more. The staff far exceed any hotel i have ever stayed in. Well done guys. We were here on a very casual work trip!! and of the 4 of us from different walks of life and backgrounds, we are all coming back as soon as possible.Thank you and keep doing what you are obviously very good at.

    We didn’t realise before we booked that Santa Ponsa is popular with groups of boys and girls on party holidays. It’s such a short trip to Magaluf that they seem to stay in Santa Ponsa and get a cab into Magaluf. Because of this a lot of bars are very busy and geared towards groups of young lads/girls. We didn’t find it a major issue however one to bear in mind for a family holiday.

    Great vibes, excellent town blessed by nature.

    Great vibes, excellent town blessed by nature. The food choices and variety is fantastic with options for everyone. Definitely one should try an excursion to port andtrax and try snorkelling, swim in the sea. A week seems right, if not a month 😎 Tip: in high season do book in advance to some of the restaurant like Olaf. Also few of them were closed on monday.

    I return every year to Santa Ponsa for the past 10 year now and I couldn’t say enough about the place. The improvements made over the last few years is so good and the beach is so clean and safe The night life is great and everyone is so friendly It’s perfect for couples and families too. Beautiful restaurants & very reasonable prices for hotels and food. Would recommend it 100%

    I have been many times , the only 2 hotels that I did not...

    I have been many times , the only 2 hotels that I did not have good experiences with were Globales. Plenty of nightlife, but not too much. Some hotels cater more for young adult visitors so check reviews before booking

    I love Santa Ponsa - friendly, clean, safe, have never been...

    I love Santa Ponsa - friendly, clean, safe, have never been bothered by people trying to get us into bars etc. The beach is gorgeous, though the sunbeds and parasols are now really expensive. I'd recommend one of the available boat trips - they're all really good! We always stay by the big roundabout, which is really easy to access by airport bus which is regular and only a few euros each. Nice selection of supermarkets and gift shops.

    Santa Ponsa had a very relaxed family feel to place. Beautiful beach with boats docked , lovely pedaloes for the children. Lovely icecreams shop serviing across from beach. Plenty of beach hut type cafes spread along the front. All in all a very pretty resort Really lovely local thai restaurant highly recommend called koh Waina

The hotel has a very quiet and chilled pool area and a great overall location just a few minutes from the bus stop to Palma as well as bars and restaurants. The hotel is great value for money.     This is a lovely, traditional, hotel in a superb location in Santa Ponsa. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Our room with side sea view was very comfortable- good pillows with bed coverings appropriate to the high temperatures being experienced. We very much enjoyed our short break and look forward to returning.

    Great location to use as a base for exploring Santa Ponsa or along the beautiful South West coastline. Breakfast was great too. Plenty to do in the area. Shops, restaurants, taxi & bus stops are right at the front of the hotel too. The beach is a 10 minute walk.
