Beach full of seaweed too far to walk to old town and not practical to use buses as they are so infrequent and go a long way round. Taxi took 10 mins and cost 10 Euro. In addition to it being a negative experience because of the room flooding and being locked out because of their lack of organisation and filing, for a 5 star hotel, charging people extra for water is quite ridiculous. They also didn’t make up our room in the last two days and generally the space was outdated. The car rental desk was absolutely useless. We had to go back to them 3 times for a rental option after they kept saying they will contact us on the availabilities because they couldn’t get the info up on their computer. We ended up having to go to the airport to get a car from another rental company. No help. They also put us in a room facing the road on street level after our room flooded on the first night and when we asked to be moved when another room was made available they said there weren’t other options but I know that to be false because we had other friends who were guests who left before we did so their rooms should have been an option and us a priority given the flooding experience.Guest review byAnonymous

Lovely location in Talamanca, only few minutes taxi to the main Playa de Bossa area where all the action is and only a 2 minute walk to the beach around the corner.
