Whoever designed and furnished the hotel has a wonderful eye for detail and the same can be said for the meals which were a delight. Good food, well cooked and beautifully presented. We also loved the village of Terrades which we have driven past on many occasions. The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, the breakfast especially. The room and four-poster bed are comfortable and traditional.
