The room was clean and tidy, the ac was on the entire time because of the heat. There's a bar, restaurant & a club downstairs. The receptionist was helpful, and the staff was kind. Lots of parking spaces. Big screen tv & a nice bathroom.

Plenty of room for our large family, outdoor pool, hot tub and indoor pool table all got great use. Emi was an exceptional host and looked after us really well. If there was anything that we needed, then she was on hand straight away. She always kept in touch throughout our 2 week stay to ensure that everything was ok. Super service, thank you Emi. The location is also excellent. Motorway the whole way from Madrid in 1 hour and likewise to beautiful Toledo, which is just a 30 minute drive. An area well worth visiting.

This hotel is simply fantastic ! So good that we went to madrid and came back for another night it's certainly worth the one hour drive or so. Underground parking with an elevator straight to the lobby, Huge 40m room , comfy beds, great bathroom, WiFi that works xlnt and very good breakfast.     The receptionist was very welcoming and warned us that the previous week's floods meant the lift was out of order. But he helped carry our luggage up the stairs. Later that evening the lift was mended. The hotel was spotless and the shower was to die for! Dinner was served in the bar from 8pm, almost tapas style. Car parking was in the street but in spaces dedicated to the hotel clientele.

    Beautiful hotel with traditional architecture. We were so glad we stayed & wished we stayed longer to have a chance to sample the spa & restaurant. Peaceful location with very helpful staff.
