Can’t comment on ‘Vera’ as it is asking me to do as that is a couple of miles inland. However, Vera Playa was a well run, clean destination. The public area was well maintained by the local authority it seemed. A good range of eating places and shops. Vera Playa is a small area and getting around is simple…walk ! Should you have mobility issues this place would be well suited as it is flat, public walkways are well maintained and nothing is too far away. We loved the town of Garrucha in Vera which is a short drive from the hotel. It is a working port with plenty of activity and from the leisure point of view many private yachts moored. Many bars/restaurants along the front with great beaches.Guest review byPeter - 10.0
We love Vera, having spent holidays on Al Andalus...
We love Vera, having spent holidays on Al Andalus residential in previous years, we are familiar with the area and the surrounding areas such as Garrucha and Mojacar and visited them on this occasion also. We were saddened that El Gnomo Feliz was no longer open as this was always a handy go to restaurant for this complex and was a firm favourite for many years. However, there are many other splendid restaurants no further than 20 minutes away on the hourly bus route.Guest review byChristine - 6.0

Vera beach is like a small village, clean, organized and...
Vera beach is like a small village, clean, organized and very civilized. There is no problem with people wearing clothes on the beach, those who go there are nudists and there is also no problem with cell phones and photos. You can walk around naked freely on the beach, in the xiringuito and even in the streets and restaurants. Everyone complies, there are no sad scenes or exhibitionism. Anyone who wants to can go naked even in the bar and nightclub area, where there are also restaurants. A calm and peaceful atmosphere, with a high age range but very pleasant. An experience worth repeating. The experience of naturism in Spain in these complexes is incomparable to Portugal. I highly recommend it.Guest review byJorgePortugal
