We drove past the town and needed somewhere to sleep only. This lovely hotel exceeded our expectation. It has a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating. All the staff at reception are so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt at home! The room and bathroom are so cozy, we love all the deco! The bed is super comfortable, the windows and doors have excellent sound proof, we slept so well! The breakfast selection and displays are art work, it's another highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

The hospitality, the location, the desired detail to meet the needs of each customer, the unexpected personal care to apease each person staying at the hotel, was beyond appreciated and impressionable. You felt like you were staying at a family or friends breathtaking estate verses at a hotel. The food was exceptionally delicious. The ambiance was extremely warming and comfortable. The views were spectacular. The owner, hosts, were extremley generous, courteous, kind, warm, friendly, and very very hospitable. Their attention to detail and desire to welcome you go beyond words.

    For us, this was the worst experience we've ever had in more...

    For us, this was the worst experience we've ever had in more that 25 years of our active travelling. Significantly delayed by a huge traffic jam, we came 15 minutes after the official closing time for the check-in. Nobody was there, and they did not bother to leave the key for us somewhere, which is a common practice in most hotels. I called the telephone number that was shown in the reservation, but the lady informed me in French (she did not speak English) that neither she nor anybody else would come because we were late. I reminded her that we had made a 100% prepayment, to which she answered that she was sorry but she would not be able to help us. Finally, we had to seek another hotel in the middle of the night, which took us almost two hours. So we lost our money and got a lot of stress in return. Honestly, I would plea for this hotel to be closed by the authorities. This level of service should not be accepted in the industry.
