Really Excellent! From start to finish, everything about my experience was impeccable. The shuttle service was prompt and very efficient, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth stay. The management's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction and detail. The restaurant was a highlight, offering a delightful variety of dishes, all prepared to perfection. The staff’s attentiveness and commitment to excellence made every dining experience a joy. Situated in a breathtaking location, Bentark Hotel is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay. Free airport pick up weas there when I arrived. Room was spacious, clean , comfortable and quiet. Receptionist was charming and helpful. Security staff even showed me where I could find a local sports bar!
